How we will work together:
1. The Brain Dump Session
We start by putting everything on the table. All the half-baked thoughts, chunks of data, and weird notes. Everything goes into the grinder. No judgment, no structure yet, just getting it all out.
2. Finding Your North Star
What are we trying to do here? Why does this story matter? What is our end goal? We clarify your vision and create a guiding outline, flexible enough to evolve, solid enough to keep us moving forward.
3. Building Block by Block
I act as your editor-facilitator:
- Organize meetings and discussions
- Create action plans and timelines
- Guide your research and story crafting
- Ask the right questions to unlock your best material
- Provide thoughtful, detailed feedback on your drafts (without rewriting them)
- Share relevant resources, readings, and techniques

4. Your Story, Your Voice
I'm not here to impose my vision. My job is to help your story shine through. I help you understand what kind of story you're telling and find the best narrative approach for your material.
All sessions are recorded and transcribed. Meeting notes, action plans, and progress tracking stack in a shared online space, so nothing gets lost and you can see how far you've come.
Important: I focus on the creation process, not publication and distribution. However, I have an extensive network of colleagues (designers, developers, publishers, screenwriters, cinematographers, directors) who can be brought in when you're ready for those stages.
We are natural storytellers. It's in our very nature to collect and share stories, and if you have the urge to create and get it out into the world, you should.

My name is Yegor Mostovshikov, and I've dedicated my life to storytelling and its breathtaking capability to engage and guide us. My main area of interest is our identities and how they are shaped and manipulated.
For the last 20 years, this passion has led me through journalism, writing, editing, producing, and directing documentaries, books, video games, podcasts, and counseling. Since 2023, I've been a practicing narrative therapist, helping global knowledge workers find their true, authentic selves and endure.
